Megakids America Affiliate Agreement

MEGAKIDS AMERICA AFFILIATE AGREEMENT TERMS

A. GENERAL REQUIREMENT

1. Affiliate will use Megakids’ website access and product information for the sole purpose of selling and

marketing Megakids’ goods.

2. Affiliate shall be responsible for carefully selecting what product(s) to market and ensure availability.

Megakids will not be responsible for managing affiliate’s inventory.

3. Affiliate agrees to register an account on Megakid’s website. Orders can be placed via the website or

offline through phone or instant messaging such as WhatsApp.

4. Affiliate affirms that products are meant for resale, not personal use.

B. TERMS OF SALE

1. There shall be Flat rate of NGN5000 on all cribs and 3% on all other categories on our website

The only exception is Planetcare products. Wholesale pricing is available for Planetcare.

2. Affiliate shall deduct agreed commission before paying Megakids..

3. Affiliate is responsible for shipping/delivery charges on all orders

4.In the case of faulty product, Megakids will investigate and cover for any manufacturer defect.

Maximum of 2 weeks on cribs, 1 week on any other products.

5. Affiliate may choose to advertise and sell Megakids’ merchandise at prices higher than Megakids; this

will be at Affiliate’s advantage. Megakids will maintain it’s price and commission payment.

6. Affiliate will maintain communication with Staff of Megakids .

7. Affiliate shall be responsible for keeping up to date with price changes on Megakids’ website.

Commission will be based ONLY on website prices, not social media posts.

8. Refunds will require deduction of bank charges.

The terms listed in this agreement is not exhausted. Megakids will provide revisions from time to time.

Megakids reserves the right to terminate this agreement without notice if affiliate is found not

compliant with the terms of this agreement.
