Who are we?

Megakids America is a Nigerian-American brand  registered both in Nigeria and United States. Megakids America however operates its physical/online business only in Nigeria. We offer variety of children's needs from infancy to age 16. Through our business affiliation with famous US companies, we are proud to stock genuine US brands at reasonable prices. Our trade policies are binding whether you buy from us online or offline.

Where are we Located?

We do not have a physical store for retail shopping. We have created this website to enable our clients shop with ease from the comfort of their homes. Our warehouse is on Lagos Mainland. We ship all our products from our warehouse in Lagos. We deliver nationwide.

I own a store/business and want to buy bulk

Bulk purchases as defined by Megakids is a transaction in excess of  ₦500,000 and each item must be in multiples. Any transaction total less than this can be completed on our website. For bulk purchase plans, please call our numbers for further details.

Full prepayment is required on all orders & services. Our bank details can be found on your online invoice or you may call us to get the details.

How do I know wholesale price

We have currently suspended wholesale due to unstable Forex. We will update this link once we begin offering wholesales again. 

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, you can pick up your prepaid order from our warehouse in Lagos. An appointment has to be scheduled with one of our staff. We do not accept cash or POS payment at pick up, and our pick up times does not exceed 3pm on any day you arrange with us. Please call any of our lines to discuss pick up plans.

Do you offer product set-up/assembly?

Yes, we are finally happy to provide this service within Lagos only. Please call any of our lines to schedule assembly of your cribs, toys, safety gates and gears for a fee. You can request our written contract for review prior to scheduling your appointment. Generally, products agreed upon for assembly are assumed to be the customer’s final choice. Request to change a product after assembly has commenced or completed will not be honored except such item is found to be defective, and needs replacement. This is because assembled products are not eligible for return, whether we are assembling for you or otherwise. Customers are fully responsible for keeping to scheduled appointment times. We are not responsible for missed appointments and installation fees are non-refundable. If  you miss your installation appointment, penalty applies. Our installers will advise on cost of returning to you at a later date. Customers must not open packages of products to be installed before our installers arrive. 

How do you handle damages

Items reported damaged by customer either by weather, handling or storage will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Generally, compensation will vary depending on product and circumstances. Please report any issue to us promptly within your return window. 

Missing Parts

We understand that you may not set up your gears immediately when you purchase them. We implore you to do so within 15 days. Complains of lost or missing parts will not be borne by Megakids beyond 15 days. This is simply because manufacturers mostly provide replacement parts for free only within specific timeframe and we may actually not have your specific gear design in stock any longer. If we will be providing you replacement part beyond 15days, there will be a charge associated and cost of delivery will be borne by the customer.

Store Credit

In the event that we hold your money with us for one reason or the other, we implore you to keep evidence of credit balance for your future use. Such evidence can be in form of : credit note, chat exchange showing Megakids' information or your personal receipt with date of bank payment to do a trace. We also request that you do not delay using your store credit beyond 180 days. Any credit beyond 180 days will be forfeited. If you feel like you will not be able to meet this requirement, please ask us for refund. We will process your refund based on our refund policy. 

Pricing Policy

Our prices fluctuate a lot. We encourage you to keep in touch on our website. We drop prices on random items from time to time. Some of these are unannounced on our social media handles. When the time lapses for each promotion especially on our website, we will not honour the price any longer. In all cases, our website prices prevails over any other listed prices on sales jingles, adverts, social media posts and so on.

Returns & Exchanges

Items eligible for return are accepted 3 days within Lagos and 7 days outside Lagos. Your return window starts from the day we deliver to you. You can initiate a return by calling or sending us an email at Items eligible for return must be unused, packaging must remain intact, furniture must be unopened or not assembled. We do not accept return of furniture, mattresses, safety gates, toys or gears whose special packaging has been opened and or assembly attempted or completed, except such issue is related to missing part or defective product. Item must remain in exact condition as delivered. When return is approved, you can use our delivery partners. We will charge you return fee equivalent of your delivery fee. If using your courier, please provide us details of the shipment and make sure it is delivered directly to our office. We will not be liable for missing packages or packages delivered outside of your return window. If a refund is requested, it will be processed after your returned item reaches us. Similarly if a replacement is needed, the timeframe for exchanges is the same as returns. Customer is responsible for requesting/initiating exchanges and keeping to timeframe . All clearance sales are FINAL. No returns, refunds or exchanges on clearance products. This policy includes purchasing a clearance item offline, through our social media platforms. Each clearance transaction is treated separately, no additions ir adjustments on concluded clearance orders. We will not be responsible for counting days for customers. The exchange item will be sent to you once we receive the returned one. If using our courier partners, a two way delivery charge will apply to exchanges except such mistake requiring the exchange is from Megakids America  Ltd. 


If we offer layaway on any product(s), the terms is mostly 2-4weeks. We will communicate the maturity date with you at the time of your purchase. It is the customer’s responsibility to remember the maturity date and pay in full. A 50% deposit is mostly required with balance paid in full by maturity date. Failure to meet layaway maturity deadline will attract minimum ₦5000 charge. Similarly, a ₦5000 charge will be applied if customer decides to cancel layaway or change items within Layaway.


We will occasionally carry products that have manufacturer warranty. To file a warranty claim, you must present us a copy of your original receipt. bank statements, email or chat evidence will not be accepted. We will test your product and follow applicable warranty protocol as necessary. Customers will be responsible for the 2 way delivery cost of the product.
